Thom has a broad background that includes many years in the banking industry serving as Vice President in charge of banking operations for a national savings bank. In this capacity, Thom was responsible for more than 500 employees in service centers located on the West and East coasts. Additionally, Thom was the owner of several retail stores in Ventura County and has built and operated retail websites.
